Offered is an original 2011 Look 596 P (track model), developed by Look France in 2009 which continued until 2013 until when it was replaced by the Look L96 Piste. Fortunately, the frame on the 596 road tri version is the same shape and weight and has many of the same features as the 596 Track, but comes in at less than half the price. The 596 is the most aerodynamic frame that Look has made: with hundreds of tests conducted to optimize the frame's geometry, and monobloc construction with very high modulus carbon (VHM) for lightness and stiffness. The 596 benefits from a particular technology in fabrication with 3 monobloc assemblies: The complete front triangle including the seat tube, and the 2 (right & left) stays.

The fork has the most aerodynamic research compared to the rest of the frame since it provides the leading edge of attack. From the front the rest of the frame can hardly be seen. The fork is stiff and provides precise steering. The integrated E-Post also presents several advantages, allowing for the rider to select between three levels of comfort will riding with 3 sets of elastomer blocks (gray soft, red medium, black firm).

The E-Post is also reversable allowing the rider an additional 32mm of adjustment. Frame is in overall excellent condition, no flaws other than a pinhead sized chip on the right side of the top tube. The high gloss paint is shiny without fading.

Frame shows light use without any accidents or structural damage. Size: XSmall (51.5cm effective Top Tube). Seat Tube currently measure 65cm from center of bottom bracket to top saddle (this is the max height). The saddle can be lowered by removing spacers on the E-Post.
